#What pending means
An automation may be waiting on configuration, credentials, a provider connection, provisioning or a successful test. The status shown reflects the furthest gate reached.
#The readiness checklist
- client and entitlement exist,
- the template is available,
- configuration is valid and complete,
- required credentials are present,
- required integrations are connected and healthy,
- provisioning succeeded, and
- a test execution passed.
#Next step
Your ELION contact will tell you exactly which item is missing. You will never be asked to approve a broken automation : activation is blocked until every gate passes.
